Kyle Saltz would be a great addition to the Richland City Council, and an asset to Richland. He has spent untold hours of his time to maintain, and improve the Richland VFW, as Commander and Vice Commander. He is impartial and honest as he guides the membership. He is also not afraid of implementing changes where needed. We are lucky to have him, and the City of Richland will be too !!
